Frequently Asked Questions
All meals, local and international drinks, soft drinks and snacks throughout the day and night are included. Beach and pool access, sun loungers, parasols, Wi-Fi, daytime sports activities, live evening entertainment and kids clubs are all also included.
Miarosa İncekum Beach and Konaklı Garden are approximately 130 km (90 min) from Antalya Airport. Miarosa Kemer Beach is approximately 50 km (45 min) away. Transfer arrangements can be made on request.
Our reservations and guest services team speaks English, Turkish, German and Russian fluently. We are happy to assist guests in all four languages, from initial enquiry through to check-out.
During peak season (June–August) a minimum stay of 7 nights is typically recommended for the best experience. Shorter stays may be available depending on availability — please contact our team directly to discuss your requirements.
